Adds and implements IGroupsRepository, IGroupsReader, and IGroupsWriter interfaces with method stubs in GroupRepository. Updates ChatGroup model with Description and ImageId fields, and registers GroupRepository in DI. Fixes parameter order in SendMessage record.
