ocornut 20b12204af Win32: Fix GLFW_FOCUSED hint being ignored
The window was activated by _glfwPlatformShowWindow, causing the
GLFW_FOCUSED window hint to be ignored when set to false.

Fixes #1179.
Closes #1180.
